TUNJI TITILOYE FNIVS, RSV, FNIM, FCAI, MFIABCI

A seasoned valuer with tremendous experience. He is a graduate of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University(ATBU) Bauchi. A Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Associate member International Facility Management Association (IFMA), A Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers (CIAN), A member of International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and Fellow Nigeria Institute of Management (FNIM). He is the Principal Partner of the Firm.

He was with Messrs Diya, Fatimilehin & Co where he rose to the position of Head of Management Department and Assistant Branch Manager before venturing into private practice. He has been in active practice for twenty (20) years.

AYOBOLA OLAJUMOKE TITILOYE ANIVS, RSV, MCIAN

She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Estate Management and M.Sc in Environmental resource Management. An Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (2021) and a member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (2022), she is a member of Chartered Institute of Auctioneer (CIAN). She is an experienced Management Surveyor and skilled in all aspect of the profession. She has been in active practice for over fifteen (15) years and has been with the firm for nine (9) years.

ADEDIRE TOLULOPE ADEMIJU ANIVS, RSV, MCIAN

A graduate of Estate Management from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Osun State (2017). He started his professional career with the firm immediately after his National Youth Service (NYSC). An Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (2021) and a member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (2023), a member of the Certified Institute of Auctioneer, Nigeria. He is an experienced Management Surveyor and skilled in all aspect of the profession. He has been with the firm for seven (7) years.

IKAGWU ELEOJO DEBORAH ANIVS

A graduate of Estate Management, Federal Polytechnic Idah (2018). She started her professional career with the firm immediately after her National Youth Service (NYSC) and is an experienced Management Surveyor and skilled in all aspect of the profession. She is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (2023). She has been with the firm for four (4) years.

MUSA AHMED ANIVS, RSV, MCIAN

He is a graduate of Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic Idah, Kogi State, Nigeria where he obtained his Higher National Diploma (2019). He started his professional career with the firm immediately after his National Youth Service (NYSC). He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and and a member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (2023). He is currently with this great firm to continue his career and is an experienced Management Surveyor and skilled in all aspect of the profession. She has been with the firm for four (4) years.

BLESSED NGUNAN UPER

She is a graduate of Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, Nasarawa State, Nigeria where she obtained her Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) and a probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). She started her professional career with the firm immediately after her National Youth Service (NYSC). She is currently with this great firm to continue her career and is an experienced Management Surveyor and skilled in all aspect of the profession.
